Castle Bowmen hold a number of tournaments throughout the year.
Some are just for club members but most are Open Tournaments for other clubs to compete in too.

In June we hold our Summer WA900 'Doug Woodley' shoot.
A fairly gentle round to attract the newer archer, and many archers from other clubs usually enter.
The tournament is named after one of the founder members of Castle Bowmen and club chairman for many years.

Castle Bowmen Target Days -
Every month we have the opportunity for members to shoot and score an official round.
This gives every member a small feel of what a tournament will be like when they enter one, and so hopefully feel less nervous when they do.
Also, a small trophy is awarded to the best performing archer from each month, based on handicap and classification increase and not purely just on score, so everyone at any level of ability has the chance to win.
Only available to the Junior Club Members, the Halloween Pumpkin shoot, held as close to Halloween as possible sees the Juniors shoot at a specially prepared course to see who can score most at variously ranged targets.
The exrta twist is that you can choose to shoot at the pumpkins for an extra big
